Not sure if it will make your complexion brighter or make your face look healthier, but, it will make the company that sells the vitamins a whole lot richer!
Vitamin C is helpful for your immune system, and keeps you from getting scurvy.

For skin improvement, you'd do better with Vitamin E.

Several pages of comments by people who have tried Vitamin C treatments. Great website overall for skin care questions.
Umm..it's not mostly vitamin c, a lot of vitamin A helps improve the look of hair, skin and nails. In addition, a healthy diet, lots of water and the right products. Perhaps you should talk to a dermatologist.
Vitamin C helps build collagen, which is what makes skin firm. I squeeze an orange and use that as a toner every once in a while. Oranges also lightly exfoliates the skin.

Hope this helps!!!!
