How can I tell?Is it her make-up or her face that pretty?
Why does it matter? Are looks really that important to you?Is it her make-up or her face that pretty?
What's the first thing you notice?


If it's the black on her eyes, or if all you see is her make-up,


then its probobly her make-up you're attracted to.


If you see her as ';natural looking'; or you are attracted to her eyes, lips,etc. than it's most likely ';her'; that's pretty.


If all else fails, ask her to take her make up off :]
You can tell by bone structure. She may just like to wear a lot of makeup and her face is pretty too. But she might have some uneven complexion problems going on under there or acne or scarring. If she wears a lot of eye makeup she is still pretty, but warning she looks way different with it off. Like very plain and maybe kinda tired.
Most girls wear makeup because they are trying to kide some complexions on their face like acne while others just wera it because they arent exactly great looking without it and thats the truth no matter how many girls hate me for saying it. It could also be her face. Just ask her not to wear makeup or meet up with her at a time when she doesnt have makeup on and see how she looks. I have only found a few girls that look excellent without makeup so good luck with what u find.
if she looks pretty its probably because she is pretty. we all have blemishes and red spots, dark spots, etc. make up doesn't make everybody look pretty, make some look decent, but not all pretty. she probably has nice lips nose eyes and everything else to go along.

I kind of need a picture. But most likely whoever you are talking about wears SOME type of makeup. Whether it's foundation, blush, eye shadow, eye liner, lip stick, lip gloss or anything else. They could also have really whitened teeth so it may seem like they have makeup on.

Make up doesn't do miracles you know lol. If she's pretty in the first place she will look pretty with make up on. I've seen girls that wear a ton of make up and still they don't look that great.
