Does eye make up change your face color?

everytime i get ready for school, and put on my make up (everything but foundation) i start looking really tan.. (im naturally olive skinned)


but usually when im at home, no make up, i look pale.

Different light has different colour qualities - it may be your light at home is more Yellow output - most are.Does eye make up change your face color?
It's not the makeup, it's the lighting :)
no.. not that im aware of, it usually changes the way that your eyes are, for instant eyeliner could be a big part?
