use a hypo-allergenic formula, and in addition to that... instead of using a foundation, try a tinted moisturizer. your skin could be itchy because your make-up is drying it out.Everytime I used make up my face always itchy. What make up should I use.?
there are lots of reasons this could happen. You could be sensitive to an ingredient in some products. You could also be using other products that may interact with it, like moisturizer, and they are just not a good mix. It could also simply be the wrong product for you. Also, how old is the foundation? Try to find a hyper allergetic type or it should be specifically stated that it is for ';sensitive skin'; and see how it goes. Bare Minerals shouldn't bother you, but you have to keep trying until you find one that works best for you. What you have been using may simply be too heavy a formula for you. Also, try Neutrogena products. If you have a dermatologist, tell them about this issue and get their advice on it too. Could be easy to solve.Everytime I used make up my face always itchy. What make up should I use.?
As others have been saying, use hypo-allergenic or natural makeup. Also make sure that you are using good quality makeup remover because I have used wipes not designed for makeup and they tended to make my face a little red and my eyes watery. Because your skin is so sensitive, it's a good idea for you to invest in good products because this is your body and you only get one!
Almay and Physician's Formula are good drugstore brands that are very natural.
If you're looking for higher quality stuff, Sephora has a system where they mark products that are natural and/or organic with a green symbol. You can find them all here: http://www.sephora.com/browse/section.jh鈥?/a>
Neautrogena makes really good products for sensitive skin. anything with hypo-allergenic is good.
but if you're not allergic to makeup, i think you;re using the wrong brand. have you ever tried Clinique? its supposed to be better for your skin than other foundation/powders like MAC, Maybelline, or Covergirl. Plus, it gives you a natural look.
You may be allergic to an ingredient called bismuth oxychloride. It's in lots of makeup brands. Makes me itch too!
I use LA Minerals products and they are bismuth free, and works great for my super sensitive skin.

The term ';hypo allergenic'; is NOT regulated by the FDA. Any company can use the term at will. Think about it everyone is different. What you may be allergic too and I may be allergic to are 2 different things! You just can't say that THIS PRODUCT won't bother anyone!

its good to use makeup that says ';hypo-allergenic'; on it.
those are designed for people who are sensitive to make up, and since makeup makes ur face itchy, these types of products probablly would prevent that.
:)
Use a hypo-allergenic makeup like Almay or Physician's Formula.
