I know that you can use Tempra paints but I am looking for creamy, good quality.Where can I find FACE PAINTS? Not Halloween make up.?
We do LIVE caricaturing and my wife does facepainting.

I don't know about tempera paints; I would think they are not safe or germ free and may contain irritants.
